If you really did create a guild and want players to be interested in it, the best thing you could do is post about the guild....
What does out stand for?
What will you focus on in game?
How can someone join?
Are the special requirments?
Will there be officer positions?
Who will be eligable for these?

As long as you let people know hat your about you will not only get people to join you will get people to stay :)
