Go to Kelys town into the tavern, there you'll get the quest.

It would have been nice to include a quest at event town that takes the players to the Npc in Kelys' Tavern to pick up the quest for the trophy. 'The splintered tree' is not a place where we usually hang out.

I agree! I had to go here to find the quest without searching. The trophy seems easier to get and i like because there is so much more to do on Halloween :').
