I heard using thoth was a good build but thats for lvl 45 and i need a good build to use till i reach lvl 45

I think your question is about gear, but build also refers to the distribution of your stat points. If you want to equip str gear, I recommend using the minimum str stat points necessary to use the gear, and put the rest into int. That will allow you to still have as much damage potential as possible while having the ability to wear str armor.
As for specific gear, it is possible that no one replied because we don't know what level your character is. Most players upgrade gear frequently as they level up, so it is difficult to give a simple answer to your question. Also, you always have to balance the quality of the gear with the cost. Gear with 10% better stats will probably cost 10 times as much (or more) so sometimes it is tricky to decide if it's worth it.
