Season 10: top player banners!

People in game telling me that top player banner not going to be given in this season. Is this true? Also some people telling me that it's a lie, anyone know I'm getting confused.

Each category you see in Leader Board will be given banner

I have same doubt, I saw a dev telling about they will remove top players APS before expansion but it didn't like other PvP pve APS .
