lost 400k while helping guild member

Hi was help a guild member and lost 400k of gold between a level. Any ideas what the bug is? As it is enough to put me off the game.

Helped a guild member through alien oasis the first of the three missions. By the thrid level i had lost 400k. Didn,t trade, give or anything, so i have no idea what happened.

Highlight it to the DEV team using either the SUPPORT tab on the left or via email support[at]spacetimestudios.com (replacing [at] with @. Written like this avoid spambots)

Make sure you give them as much detailed info as possible. (times, dates locations, who you were with, amounts of money before and when, money after before when, how you know you had the money, etc, etc. They have lots of details available, so more info will help them confirm exactly what happened.

I'm sure they'll take a look after a couple of business days, but be patient as it's the weekend. Good Luck.

Lol.. its been 10days :) no offense but I think rebooting is an option that passed long ago :banana:

I had the same problem once but don't worry you can get gold easily, its gonna take some time but you will get it back

There was a glitch where I was testing equips so i luckily caught it. You know how u can get random gold by destroying chests? well, i was on my mage, and when I got the gold, I started noticing that it subtracted that amount from the amount I originally had. (I had like 9053 gold, then when it showed +27 gold, I changed equips and found I had 9026 gold)
Luckily I caught it, and this was over two months ago. Never happened since that event ( i logged out and back on)
