Although there are a lot of noobs with it, it's a nice boost for people like myself who were banned or are too lazy to cap in time (I relate to both cases xD)

I think people are getting the wrong idea, here. If I'm not mistaken, Cinco is joking. He's basically saying like, "Oh yeah, let me release my weekly update like I do every week." It's sarcasm. Of course there isn't a weekly update. They have mentioned plenty of times that PL will not be updated.

He's saying "Good stuff" because it's hilarious when somebody randomly starts a thread about updates based on nothing factual. That's why he also mentioned drama.

Finally, notice that the writer of the OP has been banned. Wonder why?
