Question Regarding Housing

Hi Arlorians, I have a few questions regarding houses.

1. If I buy the Forest Location, do I have to buy a Cottage or Tavern? Or can I just open it and recieve my permanent buff?

2. How much health does the pack give?

1: You can open it with any house and receive the buff.
2: This is where the house matters. You only get a portion of it without the Tavern. It is 50 for Starter, 100 for Cottage, 150 for Lodge, and the full amount with the Tavern.

Another question, what is the "Classic Tavern"?

It's the biggest "house", receives the biggest buffs and is the only house that can have the city &/or graveyard.

"Classic " is just a word to diferenciate between the bought tavern and the one that might have dropped during the occupy Arlor event. The one that dropped has Jarls name in the title.
They are effectively the same when opened but look slightly different when sold in ah
