I saw someone in balefort using the sunblessed bow of void and also equipped the shield of gratitude this isn't right is it?

Its a glitch that happens alot. So it woulndt be a bug. It happend when the shield of graditude first was realesed

Happens alot but when they updated and fix only few weapons do that.
