There's these things called twinks, you of all people should understand that. I spent 4m gold on a set and I'm not leveling up a character to a level that I already have a 76 bird at.
I purchased level 65 packs. I received level 76 items. Do you see the issue?
Ever think maybe they didn't take that into consideration? Maybe they added the costumes in as a cool incentive for new players to level up and get.

Then they need to make everybody aware of that before I waste 1000 platinum on items I can't use. That's a pretty pathetic reasoning if that's true. The whole point of buying the packs is to get vanities, not to have "incentives" to level up 11 times just to use a vanity you could earn otherwise through quests.
If I was really that desperate to have a level 76 bird with a shadow minion vanity I would just level the character and do the quest. That is not what I wanted when I paid 500 platinum for vanities that were supposed to be usable, permanent costumes. ESPECIALLY SINCE I BOUGHT A LEVEL 65 PACK.

They didn't take it into consideration, so they put level 76 vanities into level 65 packs.
I purchased the level 65 packs in hopes that I would not receive the shadow minion vanities.
That clearly did not happen and now I am stuck with them on a level 61 character.
I shouldn't have to level up a character to use items that I shouldn't have received in the first place.
Therefore I have an issue that is not being solved.
Glad to clear that up.
a cool incentive for new players to level up and get.
Also, lol...it's already a quest buddy.

Maybe I'm not thinking correctly but you are 61 right? Why'd you buy L65 packs? I do get the fact that they shouldn't be L76 but I may just not know the levels of the packs

All I see is someone who hasn't made the slightest effort of informing themselves about what they were buying. If you have that much money to carelessly burn, I'm sure you don't mind too much.
But thank you for supporting PL, you're one of the few that make these surprise updates possible :D

I bought the level 65 packs solely to avoid the level 76 vanities. It was the lowest level pack possible, which in itself is a problem. There was an opportunity to obtain scaled pinks as well, which I guess is why they had different levels. Regardless, my point stands that there shouldn't be level 76 unstashable vanities in a level 65 pack. It doesn't even matter if I'm 61 or not. If I was 65 and bought the packs that "I was supposed to buy" I would still have this problem.

I'm pretty sure I did inform myself, since that's the sole reason why I bought the level 65 packs? Not sure what your point is there.
Carelesssly burn? If that were true I wouldn't have made this post, now would I? Please get out of my thread, you don't get to criticize people that support the game just because you think it's a waste.
Oh, it's also the company's job to inform the customer of what they're buying, aka marketing. That's like, how every single customer service company works in the country. Either way I'm right.

Oh, except they didn't tell me that included vanities I CANNOT USE. When I think of HALLOWEEN COSTUMES (as you so kindly pointed out above) I do not think of LEVEL 76 QUEST ITEMS.
Like I said, please move on.

I was unaware of the lowest level pack being L65
Yeah I do agree they should be at least stashable but the L65 shouldn't contain L76 items

don't be, they removed this item (Shadow minnion disguise) in 2014 halloween considering it is a haloween costume... (I am so sad because of it even though its back now because i used to wear it with the beastly encrusted sword and me and my friend used to just 2v1, 2v2 or either 2v3 everyone and spammed TWIN ATTACK!! now he moved to AL and i moved to life :'( good time) :(

The shadow minion costume was originally a blacksmoke mountain quest. For level 76+ characters. The shadow minion costume allows you to be the elite onyx boss (in one of the blacksmoke maps) it's not stashable because it was from a quest and wasn't tradeable. Sts accidentally removed a lot of people's costumes. And some people have gotten them back. But they made it a Halloween costume this year
