whenever i log in, i can get through to the character window, i choose my character, press continue and it says loading, then the screen goes black and the app closes? this only happens on my operative, however i can use my engineer and log on fine? i've tried reinstalling it numerous times, help please :)

Check if your device is game suitable.
Have you tired reinstalling the game? If it still doesn't work you might want to send sts an email.

i think it's game suitable, i can play on one of my characters, it just won't work on the first character i made, and what's the email to use for that? :)

The email is support(at)spacetimestudios.com, replacing (at) with @. Edited to delete nonsensical question since you said you could choose the character.

Please do the same, Email is support(at)spacetimestudios.com, replacing (at) with @.
Today we fixed a rare problem with certain characters crashing when they tried to login. Please try again and let us know!
