Sand caves is the best one imo, most rare pinks/coolest gear/nest place for farming. The other two aren't worth it imo :) hope I helped.

Skeller returns has awesome wands for mages. That and the caves can be good also. The swamps is iffy but the last quest gives a good hood for mages.

I prefer the swamps! I'm usually pretty lucky drop wise there :).

I'd have to say Sand Caves for farming for money. For gear for your mage, skeller. Croc Feud I'd just leave out until you're a higher level and you want to do it for the heck of it.
