How do you record your Screen?

Hey guys, majik here and I have a questin. I see the owners of sts have YouTube videos of there screen and idk how?! I am a huge editor and make great videos but idk how to record your iPhone so please answer?

I think somehow you connect ur phone to ur computer then use camtasia or fraps to record whats on ur device and post it. Im not sure really what things you need to do it. If you find out plz tell me what u need i want to record as well

If you jailbroken get display recorder. The frame rate is not that great but but works.

If it helps, I use my iPad and connect it to my TV through an HDMI output. I just manually record my TV with my phone.
