Jord staff bug in tdm rooms?

Every time jord staff procs in the tdm maps it counts as a kill, the one using the staff doesnt get a kill on his kdr but is kinda annoying, ppl use jord stuff to "win" matches.
Can any dev look into this, its a very annoying bug.
