A problem

Hello everyone, i have a small problem. Sooo, 2 days ago i tried to log into my account and a weird message popped up in my screen saying something about my native client not being enabled. I refreshed my page and it started loading but stopped at 99%. This is happening for 2 days in a row, and i do not have any success in getting in the game. This is really bothering me and i am getting angry because i am not able to play the event. If anyone knows a solution please tell me. Ty in advance

Check internet connection ofc
Move al to phone storage
Clear cache
Finally...maybe re-install
