Altars are different, this dosen't give any buff when clicked, only shows a message which you can see in the 2nd pic.

In my opinion this will be something to interact. But only the people with Exalted lightberer (dark apostol or lumin templar) will be able to do so.

It says angels tho its probably needed for the quest for the light path quest when you reach elite lightbearer rank, but thats just meh.
