It depends if they are very good or not. You should just try to fight them and see what moves they are using and try to figure out their build.

I personally wouldn't buy a build lol. Builds don't always work for everyone, in any case.

well.... I've seen someone buy a build, then turn and face me... I dropped them... they realized they just waisted 14k...

It's not something I'd buy personally (wonder why :eagerness:) but I see a lot of people falling prey to sold builds and it doesn't work for them.
