For some reason my iPhone, that is currently up-to-date at iOs10, does not have the NativeX free plat button. I check PL on my other devices such as an older phone with a lower iOs, and it does have the NativeX option. iPads and other mobile devices that are not at iOS10 seem to have the option just fine. iOs doesn't? Any clues STS? Thank you lol...

Yea I talked to Seo in-game about it when we were farming and Seo told me to contact support but so far no response...
