I thinked to create a twink account what lvl to take till 10-24 lvl what is better and what skills? And armours?

It really depends on your budget. Any level is fine for tank as long as you have fun there. Some levels are more active and some less. From my experience Icescale of assault armor seems still best however ancient and epidemic aren't bad if you cant find ice set. For level 16+ you'll be needing arcane maul with some good, best if armor awaken. As for pet combo: munch mouth as happiness bonus, samael as base and nekro as AA. For cheaper one take blinky as PA. Some players still use chest splitter for clashes but most, atleast in level 15+ swapped to axe throw. Skyward smash, vengeful blood and horn still stays same. Some players use jugg for clashes to protect and survive longer ( in 15+ )

It depends if you have para in weapon or no. Best if you get para in amulet or ring so you don't need buy new one if you decide to go 16/17/18, keep in mind it gonna be more costly than weapon with para. If you don't want or cant get para in amulet or ring get storm sword with para and galen for clashes. You need atleast 150 armor awaken in weapon.
