pvp dosint work

Hey guys im having problems with my pvp i have bought the 5 vs 5 and the 3 vs 3 and when ever me and my friends wanna pvp it doesn't work..it ether says you do not meet requirement for this dungeon or something..or it sends me to the towne. iv trying to pvp with 3 of my friends and the same thing has happened all 3 times...does anyone know whats going on?

ok you have to be within a certain level of each other. or if your 40 they all have to be level 40.

well one guy was below me and the other was above me..it also was only a 2 lvl distence

You have to be within certain level groupings to PvP together. They are: 1-4, 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, and level 40s can only PvP with other level 40s.
