I've tried messaging you guys because i need help with accessing my account , and support has not answered me . It's been a week... i'm also not the only one with this problem . I have friends who tried contacting support and they get no help.

I agree same here accidentally liquidated my luck pendant on AL though not if it a concern now to me. Recently bought another + egg ring(luck) emailed them nothing??
