What is best pet for lvl 40-50 mage in PvE? Right now my main pet is Magma.

If you want better stat then buy nightshade and slot into magma happiness

Everything depends on your budget :p Magma is fine but if you've got a filled pocket you can get Shady and Surge or Nekro they are the best right now for PvE

Or u can magma in aa depending on where u farm.

Knk passive ability is same as SnS and Whim. I'm using SnS and it's pretty cool.

The best pet for a Mage to use for PvE would be either a,

Nekro ( For the Ability Shield that Nekro provides for protection and speed in PvE runs) or

a Shady n Surge for death pools to gradually lower PvE Mobs Health addition to Shady n Surge's AA not only Death Pools but there are Life Pools that prove Health for you and your team members.

I'm not a mage, but I use glowstick AA on my samael. Sam passive is still very op, but his happiness needs amother pet to keep him updated. Currently just hatched glacian and put glowstick for his AA and krampus for happiness. Since the trend is now heroic vanity pets, I think glacian is still the best looking pet with his icy blue spires.
