Password Problem...

I forgot my password and I clicked "forgot password?" So, I went to my email account to recover the password. I copy and paste it and still wrong password. Did 5 times entering the temporary (new) password, and nothing happens. Then, I forgot password again to get another password, and still have a same problem...

Please help me.

The error says "specified password is incorrect"
