Sorry nobody replied to this, but if you are still wondering I think it goes by preference. Just don't farm with am elixir with reroll as you can't get steel with it.

If your looking for the best drops, Nuri mini is your best choice, just don't forget to have 100 plat ready to spend on classy looter & a no luck trasher & you should be dropping steel in no time.
Take it from the best, it's not cheap to farm.

Funny story as I farmed 7 steel one time with just 3x daily, nori mini is just weird sometimes on what it will drop with.
