Three separate days, three separate times, three separate locations, I've logged in, and as soon as I start moving through a town, the same person PM spammed me the same line:

"HI! Join guild <fakename> very active, helpful, events and gold farming! High levels only!"

...same person... same spam PM... first time I said no thanks, second time I said to stop spam PMing, and the third I told them to leave me alone...

Why can't I just get to an auction or stash without feeling fake beggers hands in my pockets or desperate guild inviters?....



But at least it's not as bad as someone dropping 300+ useless items on me, like Valentine's Hearts...

I fail to see how it is scamming.
Back then players who were familiar with the game were too smart to hand over gold (not that we would even take it).. and new players most likely didn't even have the gold to hand over.
I must say though, that is quite an accusation.

- Players say the drop rate is broken and it's simply not lootable
- Waits until players said that three times and thus did triple the amount of runs
- Runs to players
"No worries guys, we will slightly increase the rate from 0,00001% to 0,000015%"
