double xp in quests is a bug or was intended?

just wanna ask about the recent xp quests giving double of what they state, is it a bug coz it didnt used to happen before. can we expect it to stay like this week long or will it be taken away tomorrow :p ty

ik that but what i am asking is, that if the 2x xp is applicable to the xp received from daily quests like the one in shuyal and nordr as they are giving away 2x xp and earlier it wasnt like this even in the 2x xp

they fixed a bug where the quest was not giving 2x.
now it is giving 2x like it should.
