Few PvP bugs

So there is this bug ever since brimstone level 2 is available, after using it charged in pvp, the circle underneath the toon that indicates in which team you are, disappears. It can be quite confusing who is your enemy and who is in your own team mate. It also causes the disappearance of all special effects on weapons such as glacial sabres etc.
The other thing, should vendors show up in pvp maps too? It can distract a bit after all.
