Decided to make a mage to complete my 66 angel twink trifecta. I need a build, though. Please help me out here! :)

Majority of your fights will be nukes, so I think this'll do good. You can remove some points of heal, if you'd like.

If you're encountering many str bears, I suggest using one of the debuffs. I personally prefer weakness here.

9 frost, drain, light, fire
7 heal
1 ms
1 weak
1 ice
1 rev
The reason for 9 frost is because it is a 12m skill and has a decent debuff.

9 drain isnt needed for l66 mage,, better spent those skill points on nightmare to deal with fat bears
