What are the details for the speed set?

I've only seen one set ingame all day and they were really fast. What are the stats, how much plat, what are the level req.? Also, what else does the thief sell?

around 250 plat for weapon if im not wrong, shield is slightly less. these are the l80 elite items purchased from the thief. the thief sells tinsel, toy, slash as well as their shield counterparts

The new level 80 elites can be purchased with plat from the Xmas Thief vendor, a random spawn from defeating Killjoy in map 4: The Gift Grotto.

for 250 plat sheilds:
• X2K.16 Peppermint wing
level 80, 200 base dex
• X2K.16 Festival Ornament
level 80, 200 base int
• X2K.16 Gingerbread Defender
level 80, 200 base str

for 500 plat weapons:
• X2K.16 Tinsel Talon
level 80, 200 base dex
• X2K.16 Toy Man Wand
level 80, 200 base int
• X2K.16 Holiday Slash
level 80, 200 base str

When you equip both a bought plat weapon and sheild you get the special speed bonus in all winter maps.

Would it not be beneficial to have it open to all maps? As after the event means you have spent alot of plat to run faster in Townes.. not much use IMO. Plus would even it out as stats are pretty poor compared to other elites

Why not have it in PvE like you did to the legendaries in SL?

I guess it would be too easy to kite in PvE maps?

Personally, I think it's a great feature. We do spend some time in townes after all!
