keep wondering if hits got effect on skill . . i need to know to aim my stats :(

Yes. Hit % is also the same Hit % that skills follow.

Incorrect ! D: , You need to make it (loweststrength possible) and rest on dex. That makes the hit (usually) come back up enough to be useable.

pally is the mage you use for tanking, when no bear is very good, depending on what weapon you have and what lvl your playing at in pvp or pve pally can have quite a low dmg output,

So? Skill damage is still high, due to the high auto attack damage. :) , High levels (50+) I would do 11 int for the 1 regen bonus, but a pally is for tanking (dodge/armor) or fast damage (weapon damage/spell damage). However, if you do int/str, your attack goes down so much it won't matter lol.

no int? what difference does it make?? using fury or glyph strongman regen is good enough, no need for int, dex ring far better. ^^

Int isn't for regen. It's for skill damage, Gelly. :P
