The Platinum Tier is the vanity reward for Winter, with the leaderboard banner for the leaderboard. The other venities are farmed from the Hearthwyrm Brood Dragon and tokens for the recipe.

why is it hard to pass through tiers? last event (Halloween) it was steady going...it was also 3 weeks just like this event...is this intended?
