Lvl 30. Looking for guild.

I am looking to change guilds from the one I am in.

Must have active members - ALOT of active members.
Which is the most active/biggest guild?
Would like to be an officer but not a must.

Everyone's definition of active and large guilds are all different. I can tell you that Neon Genesis has about 40 members online around the clock, 90% of which are lvl 30+. Big guilds are not always the best...you'll have small chance of becoming a officer in a guild that's been around for a while.

Hi my name is smokingdragon my guild is dragons. we are a small guild with about 250 members, most active and still becoming bigger and bigger every day, would love to have you. I don't have a level restriction on my guild b/c everyone will be 30 eventually it just takes time and a little help.
