hey all sorry to bother you but could anyone please help me. I attempted to purchase platinum about 20 seconds ago and the amount cleared on my bank card and the game dced when I logged back on i had no platinum added to my account. is there anyone that can assist me im concerned before this has happened to me with free offers that I have payed for and never received the platinum please help me
