My mishi is lv 56 at the moment and at pve it gives 7-9% mana per tick and when i join to pvp it gives 4-5% mana . This is a bug ? . Coz usually it need to give 10% mana max level

Out of combat and in combat are different.

thats not a bug, heal effects are only half in pvp
Mine's 61 and yeah, mana regen is lower but its faster i think, can really tell the difference
