[possible issue] empowered ursume orb doesn't protect against syrillax freeze attack

it seems like unlike the previous version, the upgraded bane item doesn't protect against freeze debuff from syrillax,
tbh idk which one is unintended, normal ursume orb give freeze resistance, or upgraded orb doesn't give freeze resistance

please check for it,
