STS fix promotion to combatant bug

Hi sts please fix the bug that when I promote a member to "combatant", the message says Wanna promote <name> to recruiter? then When you accept is promoted to combatant. Just need to be fixed the word combatant instead of the word recruiter when the system asks you confirm the promotion.
