I've seen people wearing the pink halo vanity and I really want to know what it's called and how to get it... :)

If your talking about the purplish halo, its from a full set of Warat gear.

Its not a vanity, its sign of wearing specific sets.
Before fest update, u need to wear 4 PC special elite set (warat-arzac-magor) to get the holo.

But after the fest update, u need 2h weapon set with elite warband ring to get the holo, so basically its 2h special elite- warband set.

You have to activate the normal purple holo then equip the Legend's Halo vanity.
