elixirs unpurchasable

Ello' didn't see any other posting like this so, as of 7:40pm wst I am unable to purchase elixirs. Tried deleting & reloading, but can't purchase from guild or plat button in toon screen.
Fearing withdrawals heheh.

No, simply won't register my touching whichever I choose. I can scroll up/down between them, that's all. Tried my alt toon also.
