If I'm not mistaken you need to get goblin mob boss in arena. Even normal attack kills him.

Unfortunely it is.
Many players i know got that ap going in arena in /partysolo.
If the first boss isn't the goblin, go out and reparty, then enter again in arena and gl.
Kinda boring if u ask me and arena is so easy nowadays that you can go in and hunting for ap and chests easily.
Btw, gl with the AP.

It depends on luck. When i ran arena ( cap 46 ) i got it on my first arena run ever so yeah it is. I've meet it even few times a day when i was farming arena chests for vials like crazy. Good old times haha

A tiny Goblin that appears very rarely till u get the AP & appears every 50 runs once after u get the AP. JK :p
Like i said its a random boss which is very rare to find & can be killed easily.
I don't know when i got the AP but i have encountered him 15-16 times after i got the AP, all that i can say is keep running till u find him.
