Cause in a hell of a lot of runs till elite lb I never saw anyone dropping it nor did I drop one myself.

Looted 2 and saw 1 other looting....idk how many runs but i am on 175k kills atm.....very rare item

I had been running and now elite lightbringer i got non scale looted. Worst luck than opening crates.

Thats what I say. Arcane items are less rare as it seems. Can't be intended as u need 5 scales for crafting lvl 61.
Can a dev look into this because if things stay that way we wil possibly be able to craft 61 with cap 75+.

Looted one in mau 3. never seen anyone loot one otherwise. As a matter of fact, never seen someone loot anything with a value more than 10k in all those runs :)

In 106k kills useing luck elix and switching to lepre and hisha almost every time on boss. Never looted one or seen anyone loot one.

I looted once in gy when it was stage 2. Never loot it again after that. :(
