It really depends how you mean it...

To have,

- Depends on vanity, there's many vanity which I wouldn't like to have at all.
- with custom set you could farm vanities "better".

As drop,

- I know custom won't drop but anyways vanity is more credit worth and you could sell it and buy custom set and save more money for anything you want to. :]
