There's some good builds out there. The challenge is trying to be useful in VS and Clash scenarios while not blowing all your money respeccing all the time.
I'd be trying to get as close to:
3k health
300+ DMG
1k Armor
And as much crit as you can find
Arc Rogues can be tough to beat at that level
