Is it normal that i lose jewels inside? Shouldnt be right thing that if u craft it for wrong at least ur jewels back in inventory?

seems to always lose jewels when upgrading or crafting an item into a different one :(

I could understand for gems but for jewels idk why we should lose them

Another issue that can be solved by a cancel craft....

or the ability to cancel craft if the item was crafted within 20mins...

Well hope they will fix or i lost 4m around.. and is pretty boring coz it shouldnt be like this... jewels were realised to be re-used

Yes, many lost millions on this. Many sent support ticket, some say they were never replied.

ikr this is what i was thinking... its stupid imho.. u should have back ur things wtf is the sense of get back chest and lose all lol ahah its funny..

At the very least there should be a warning that all jewels are lost before crafting.

It does say in the lvl 52 that it can be upgraded to 54, fix it pls; and +1 to Daggee's idea

I seen quite abit of forums post that they accidentally crafted their lv54 peadant back into a chest. Also quite a few also complained how sts does not reply to their support tickets. I think this should really be looked into.

On a more serious notes. I think the delayed responce is due to the devs being on a holiday during the period of the winter event. You can try waiting another week, if not, pm other devs with ur support ticket case number.
