Weapon fusion is pretty much pet animancy,but for weapons. I feel like this could dust off a few weapons and breath new life into them instead of sitting there as a collector's item. So here's how it works:
1. Weapons can be fused together if they are within a 5-10 level difference
2. Only Legendary to Arcane rarity weapons can be fused
3. You pay a fee to fuse and undo the weapon fusion
4. You can only change between fusing stats or proc
·Example: Weapon A's stats are fused into Weapon B. Weapon B's proc cannot be changed unless Weapon A's stats are unfused from Weapon B.
5. Must be the exact same weapon type (like only staffs can be fused with other staffs)
6. Fused weapons cannot be used to fuse other weapons
