Awakened weapons bug

So I have accidentally sold in eq my awakened weapon and when I used "buy back" option all enchantments gone.. ;(
Is there any option to retrieve it?
Can i just write to support? Will they help me?

You would have to contact support...... Only they can help you with that issue...
