A clarification

Can someone pls clarify this for me ?
In twink pvp level 14 does 1 dex give the same amount of health as 1 str.
My build which was centred around defense came up pretty low in dmg so I just wanted to ask this crucial point

1str = 10 hp.
1 dex = 3 hp.

I think this is correct but you can always recheck.
remember finesse jewels also provides extra dmg and bonus dmg I think not so sure about the bonus dmg part.

1 str 10 hp, 1 dex 3 hp, 1 in 5 hp. this is only for rogues
