Special Level 41 Relic gems.

So far the new content has kept me busy for some time now. I was just wondering if there are going to be level 41 relic gem with special proc? for example one that gives 10% speed anywhere in game, one that gives player a shield after the health drop to 20%, one that heals the player every 2 secs for 2% of their net health and last but not least a gem that cools down skills by 5%.

Adding passive in gems is interesting and expanding new maps would be pretty good too. :vD::vsmile:
