I have gotten reports that these ppl cant preview guild hall tiers....gm lennox doesn't show an option. On my xperia play I can see. Can ppl reproduce this?

No, it works fine, at least on my iPad.
ETA: Are they hitting the "Tell me about Guild Halls" button? That's what leads to the "Take Guild Hall Tour" button.

They cant see that button. How about 4g ipods? 2 have told me they can't hummmm. Needs more investigation ;)
