Seriously STS? I've been banned forever for absolutely no reason. I don't trash talk heck I don't even PvP, infact I've barely played lately and still I've invested alot of money into plat for this game and now I get banned? Reason I'm making this thread is because support dont reply.
and before people troll me I'm not a plat farmer, I've invested £££ in this game so I'd never risk my account.

I had to write to support about an issue on 5 of January. And they Did reply - on 11 of January. So may be it takes some time. They didn't worked around Christmas and New year, so I'm guessing support requests has piled up.
Ofcourse, I cannot be sure they'll reply to you too, my issue was other.

A lot of people have been banned for plat farming or account sharing lately.
Not accusing the OP but that has been the case in general just recently.

Haven't done either of those, I did some paid offers during the double offer week but thats about it, only did them once.
