Back when i used support to send sts emails 2 years ago all i had to do was login then it would show "My Case" and i got to check if my writer responded and stuff. But now when i log in nothing happens "My Cases" doesn't show up. Anyone know what to do?

they reformatted the css of the website awhile ago, cases button no longer exists, go to their support FaQ and find the my cases link.
