In the beginning when vanities were tradeable people would use the exploit of making farming rings by wearing cap vanity, but then it was patched. They can make it so that you can't make multiple accounts.

1: Disproportionate benefit, some ppl can't get free offers to work and others like me can get quite a lot legally.
2: platfarmers. This caused the biggest inflation ever in AL
3: if implemented, would need another gold sink added to offset
